Model
The API uses two approaches to represent a name.
NameLink
This is a summary version of a name element and is used where only a brief description of the name is required for linking to a fuller representation of the name.
| NameId | The unique identifier for the name |

| FullName | The name including any author details |
| PartialName | The name excluding author details |
| Rank | The taxonomic rank for the name |
| ModifiedDate | The last date/time that the name was modified. For new records this will also be the date/time the name was created |
