We have developed a small exemplar consumer application written in Microsoft Access and Visual Basic which allows users to define taxonomic groups for which download NZOR data is then downloaded into a local instance of a MySQL database and maintained through scheduled updates.
The exemplar is not intended to be a fully functional consumer application. It is intended to demonstrate how to use the web-services to populate a local synchronised cache of a selected slice of NZOR data
